Collection: Gilbert
Every fall, the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, MA hosts The Big E—the only multi-state fair in the world, bringing together the best of all six New England states. For decades, Vermont Flannel has been part of this tradition, filling our hand-built post & beam barn with flannel for fairgoers from near and far.
This year’s exclusive plaid is inspired by the Gilbert Farmstead, the very first building reconstructed at Storrowton Village, a historic corner of the Exposition grounds. With its hand-hewn timbers and federal-style New England design, the farmhouse carries nearly 250 years of history—and now, a plaid to match.
