Delivery

WE MAKE DELIVERY EASY!

We ship both domestically and internationally. We have a flat rate of $7.50 for shipping & handling for domestic orders. We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS for domestic orders, and USPS for international orders. A secure shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Once delivery to the address provided by the customer has been confirmed by the post office, lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the customer.

SALES TAX

The Vermont Flannel Company is required by law to collect sales tax on blankets, tote bags and dog jackets, as well as for clothing shipped to the state of Vermont IF the individual clothing item retails for over $100.00. Only the taxable items of your order that are currently subject to Vermont State Tax will be taxed. All other orders outside the state of Vermont will not be taxed.

RETURN POLICY

Simply mail your package back to The Vermont Flannel Co. P.O. Box 220, East Barre, VT 05649. We will either credit your credit card (for original internet orders) or mail you a check for the cost of the returned items, minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow two weeks to process your refund. We recommend shipping your package back to The Vermont Flannel Co. using a delivery method that generates a tracking number. Please keep this number until your refund has been processed. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed and restockable. Due to the nature of personal items, please note that Vongs & V-Boxers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need a different size, color, or garment, please mail your package back to The Vermont Flannel Co. P.O. Box 220, East Barre, VT 05649. Please indicate what you would like to exchange your item for, include a check for $7.50 to cover return shipping/handling and we will be happy to take care of it for you! Including a daytime phone number and email address is beneficial, in case we have questions regarding your exchange. Items exchanged must be unworn, unwashed and restockable. In the event that your package or merchandise has arrived damaged, please return to The Vermont Flannel Co, P.O. Box 220, East Barre VT 05649 for replacement. Defective products are replaced free of charge to the customer. Due to the nature of personal items, please note that Vongs & V-Boxers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you have received a gift and would like to make an exchange, simply mail it back to The Vermont Flannel CO. P.O. Box 220, East Barre, VT 05649. Indicate who the gift is from with their contact information and what you would like to exchange the gift item for. Also include the recipient’s name, shipping information and daytime contact information in case there are any questions regarding the exchange.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, only if your order has not been shipped. All backorders and preorders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. No order is deemed cancelled until you receive an email from The Vermont Flannel Company confirming that your order has been cancelled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already shipped out, any subsequent return would fall under the The Vermont Flannel Company Return Policy.
