HAPPY TO RETURN POLICY


You may return items within 1 year of purchase for refund. Please include proof of purchase. 
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, re-stockable, and free of animal hair. Undergarments & masks are considered personal items and are non-refundable. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Please note that on standard returns, the shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Damaged/defective/incorrect items are repaired or replaced free of charge; please contact us for assistance with the repair/replacement. 

We handle every return with reasonable fairness. If there is anything we can do to help you, our customer, feel more comfortable, please share your thoughts by e-mailing stories@vermontflannel.com

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Please fill out the HAPPY TO RETURN FORM completely & mail with return item to: The Vermont Flannel Company, PO Box 220, 128 Mill Street, East Barre VT 05649. Please include proof of purchase. Return within one year of purchase for refund. 

To order different items, please place a new order at VERMONTFLANNEL.COM. This is the quickest way to get your new item to you! You may also exchange an item in-person at one of our stores. To exchange a gift, please fill out the form & indicate who the gift is from with their contact info. You will receive a gift card by mail for the value of the items returned. 

We recommend shipping back to Vermont Flannel with a delivery method that generates a tracking number for your records. Please allow 3-4 weeks for Vermont Flannel to receive your return by mail & process your refund. For online order refunds, we will apply your refund to original credit card used to place the order. Please remember to provide your order number on the return form. For phone & in-store order refunds, we will apply your refund to the credit card number you provide on the return form. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, ONLY if your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been submitted we may not be able to accommodate changes. No order is deemed cancelled until you receive a confirmation from The Vermont Flannel Company stating that your order has been cancelled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already shipped out, any subsequent return would fall under The Vermont Flannel Company Return Policy.
