We ship both domestically and internationally. We have a flat rate of $7.50 for shipping & handling for our domestic orders. Our shipping fees do not increase as your order increases. We ship USPS Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders. Please allow 3-10 business days to process a domestic order and an additional 3-5 days to receive your order.

Damaged merchandise needs to be returned to The Vermont Flannel Co, P.O. Box 220, East Barre VT 05649 for replacement.
A secure shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Once delivery to the address provided by the customer has been confirmed by the post office lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the customer.
The Vermont Flannel Company strives to ship out all orders within 1-3 business days of order placement. The majority of all products are shipped from our East Barre, Vermont warehouse.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order only IF your order has not been shipped. All backorders and preorders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. No order is deemed cancelled until you receive an email from The Vermont Flannel Company confirming that your order has been cancelled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already shipped out, any subsequent return would fall under the The Vermont Flannel Company Return Policy.
The Vermont Flannel Company is required by law to collect sales tax only for orders shipped to the state of Vermont. However clothing is a non-taxable item as long as the individual clothing items retails for under $100.00. Therefore, clothing ordered from our website will not be taxed. Only the taxable items of your order that are currently subject to Vermont State Tax will be taxed. All other orders outside the state of Vermont will not be taxed.
Simply mail your package back to The Vermont Flannel Co. P.O. Box 220, East Barre, VT 05649 and we will either credit your credit card or mail you a check for the cost of the returned items minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow two weeks to process your refund. We recommend shipping your package back to The Vermont Flannel Co. using a delivery method that generates a tracking number. Please keep this number until your refund has been processed.
If you need a different size, color, or garment please mail your package back to The Vermont Flannel Co. P.O. Box 220, East Barre, VT 05649 and indicate what you would like to exchange your item for and include a check for $7.50 for return shipping and handling and we will be happy to take care of it for you. Including a daytime phone number and email is most beneficial in case we have questions regarding your exchange. Defective products are replaced free of charge to the customer.
